Executive Coaching

Executive coaching creates time and space to think clearly about your leadership, career and the life you want to build around them.

Angelina’s individual coaching practice specialises in working with experienced professional women, including senior and emerging leaders, business owners and women navigating career transition or change. This focus is informed by more than 20 years of work in women’s leadership development and her Master of Applied Positive Psychology capstone, Thriving Women, Thriving Workplaces.

Coaching is thoughtful, practical and evidence-based, with a strong focus on confidence, strengths, influence, sustainable performance and meaningful change.

Angelina also facilitates leadership, strengths and self-leadership programs for people of all genders within organisations.

Executive Coaching for Professional Women

You do not need to be in crisis or have one perfectly defined goal to benefit from coaching.

You may know that something needs to change, want to lead with greater confidence and influence, or be reconsidering what success looks like at this stage of your career and life. You may be stepping into a more senior role, navigating a difficult workplace experience, or wondering what you want the next chapter of your career to look like.

Coaching provides a confidential space to think, understand yourself more deeply and make deliberate choices about how you want to work, lead and live.

Women come to coaching for many different reasons, including wanting to:

What coaching with Angelina is like

Coaching with Angelina is warm, candid and appropriately challenging. She listens closely, asks thoughtful questions and helps clients see patterns, possibilities and choices that can be difficult to recognise alone.

Sessions draw on positive psychology, coaching psychology, strengths-based development and more than two decades of organisational experience. Depending on the client’s goals, coaching may include reflection, practical tools, strengths assessments, stakeholder planning, experiments between sessions and agreed actions.

The aim is not to create a new version of you. It is to help you understand yourself more deeply, make deliberate choices and lead in a way that is both effective and sustainable.

Strengths-based coaching

Strengths can provide a practical language for understanding how you naturally think, relate, influence and get things done. Angelina is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and an accredited Strengths Profile practitioner, working with both Individual and Team Profiles. She has also used the VIA Survey of Character Strengths since its inception in 2004.

A strengths assessment is never treated as a label or a complete explanation of who you are. It is used as one source of insight to help you apply your talents more intentionally, recognise potential blind spots and develop strategies that feel authentic to you.

Coaching arrangements

Coaching is available online across Australia, with in-person coaching available by arrangement in Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra.

Engagements can be arranged directly by an individual or sponsored by an employer. The length and rhythm of coaching are agreed at the outset and can be adapted as goals evolve.

If you are considering coaching, an initial conversation is an opportunity to discuss what you want from the experience and whether Angelina is the right coach for you.

Coaching for Organisations

Positive Impact partners with organisations to provide confidential, evidence-based executive coaching for professional women, including senior and emerging leaders.

Angelina brings more than 20 years of experience across corporate, professional services, government, education and not-for-profit environments. Her background in management consulting, leadership development, positive psychology and adult learning enables her to understand both the individual leader and the organisational system in which they work.

Coaching can support leaders to:

A professional and organisationally aware approach

Each coaching engagement begins with clear contracting around purpose, expectations, confidentiality and the boundaries of any sponsor involvement. Where appropriate, the leader, sponsor and coach agree the broad development outcomes together, while the content of coaching conversations remains confidential.

Angelina is comfortable working within established organisational coaching frameworks and alongside internal leadership, learning and development, talent or people teams. She can contribute as an independent coach or as part of an external coaching panel.

Panel and provider enquiries

Positive Impact welcomes enquiries from organisations and consultancies seeking an experienced coach for professional women, women’s leadership programs and relevant executive coaching panels.

A capability statement, professional profile, insurance details, referee contacts and relevant documentation can be provided on request.
