Quotations
- Individual quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise
- Stock level correct as of day of quote
Artwork
- Artwork must be approved prior to production
- Additional artwork services will be quoted separately
- Samples will be invoiced inclusive of freight charges
Products
- Some product colour is subject to slight variations due to changes in the base recycled material. See specific note on product pages.
- Positive Impact relies on information from our suppliers regarding the environmental credentials of each product
Order Process
- If you would like to place an order send a return email with quote attached confirming your acceptance to proceed
- On receipt of your confirmation email, 50% of your total order will be invoiced
- Once we have received your 50% payment, if relevant a post production sample will be made or your order will be produced and fulfilled
- The outstanding balance will be invoiced and is due on completion and dispatch of your order
- Delivery charges will be quoted and on approval, included on your invoice (see delivery section)
- All charges/costs incurred by Positive Impact prior to cancellation will be invoiced
