How to Order

Browse the products from the VIEW PRODUCTS menu on the left or by using the PRODUCT SEARCH function.

From within each product category you can search by product (alphabetically), price or latest listing using the "sort by" drop down box.

Once you have found the products you are interested in you have the following options:

Click the request a quote button and complete the form
Click on the contact us button and complete the form

One of our representatives will contact you to confirm your request and provide you with a tailored quote.

Not found what you are after? Need a smaller quantity? Have a specific brief or budget? We will endeavour to find a solution, so please call us to discuss your requirements. To ensure we recommend the most relevant products please provide us with a detailed brief including:

• Your objectives: what are your strategic outcomes for the product?
• End user demographic: who will be using the product?
• Budget
• Timeframe / deadline
• Quantity required
• Branding / message: send us your logo or artwork (even if it's at conception stage)
• Any additional information that might be relevant

Order Process

If you are happy with your quote and would like to place an order please send a return email with quote attached confirming your acceptance to proceed.

On receipt of your confirmation email, 50% of your total order will be invoice.

Once we have received your 50% payment, if relevant a post production sample will be made or your order will be produced and fulfilled.

The outstanding balance will be invoiced and is due on completion and dispatch of your order.

Delivery charges will be quoted and on approval, included on your invoice.

All charges/costs incurred by Positive Impact prior to cancellation will be invoiced.
