Branding Set-Up Fees
The branding set-up fee varies per product and will be included in your individual quote. Set-up fees are charged depending on the branding option you choose. Sometimes the set-up can be a costly process, so this will be charged upfront. All costs and options will be discussed with you prior to proceeding with your order.
Artwork Requirements
For printing and engraving of promotional products we require vectorised artwork, either an .eps or .ai file, text outlined and all assets need to be embedded. For embroidery jpg or similar file. Artwork must be approved prior to production. Additional artwork services will be quoted separately.
Branding Options
The branding options available depend upon the product and is described on each product page. The main options are Laser Engraving, Etching, Embossing, Pad Printing, Screen Printing and Embroidery.
Laser Engraving
Laser engraving is used primarily on metal type objects though it can be successfully used on a wide range of materials such as bamboo, stainless steel, silver or gold. Metal promotional premiums are often laser engraved with an image as an alternative to pad printing.
Etching
Etching uses a similar process to laser engraving. It is usually used for branding glassware with a permanent image. The image appears to be frosted in comparison to the rest of the glass.
Embossing
Leather and paper items can be embossed or stamped with an image or logo in silver or gold foil so it is permanently shown on the promotional item. Some leather promotional items can also be blind embossed which leaves an image / logo impressed into the product without metal foiling.
Embroidery
Embroidery can be used to stitch your logo onto clothing, hats, bags and many other promotional products. Multiple colours are available.
Pad Printing
Pad printing can be used for pens, pencils, keyrings, clocks, radios and a wide range of other promotional products. A silicone pad is used to transfer your logo from an inked printing plate to your promotional item. Like process printing, each colour requires a new plate. There are size restrictions and you will need to consider the contours of the promotional items surface.
Process Printing
When a full colour printed logo is required, process printing provides excellent reproduction quality and is durable and hard wearing. It is ideal for back packs, sports bags and t-shirts/apparel.
